Returns Policy
At SET ME FREE, we take pride in the quality and sustainability of our products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final Sale: Certain items, such as 1 Collection, are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Please note that underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email our customer support at your-triin@setmefree.ee with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with the return address and any specific instructions.
- Free Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs, so there’s no charge to send back eligible items.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
- There is no restocking fee for returned items.
- Shipping costs for the original delivery are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- For an exchange, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund for the damaged product.
